But the two systems often operate independently, limiting students’ futures and the capacity of our economy. State leaders can create policies that help more Americans transition from education into careers, giving people real choices for their futures.
The Bush Institute aims to improve state leaders’ understanding of the strong links between education and the workforce, reflected in policy and practice, so that Americans are ready for jobs that support themselves and their families.
