Executive Director of the George W. Bush Institute David J. Kramer joined the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council to provide an update on the current state of Russia’s war against Ukraine.
“There’s no question that the Russian military has been handicapped by massive corruption, poor leadership, terrible decision-making, [and] lousy generals,” Kramer said. “But the reason the Russians have not succeeded in Ukraine is because of the Ukrainians. Because of the heroism of the Ukrainian people, the leadership of President Zelensky, and the support of the international community — and that needs to continue.”
