Joseph Kim, Program Manager of Global Policy at the George W. Bush Institute, spoke about his experience growing up in and later escaping North Korea and the immense power of resilience and hope at the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum’s Funk Family Upstander Speaker Series.
Joseph was joined by Hannah Song, president and CEO of Liberty in North Korea (LiNK), an international NGO that helps North Korean refugees escape from the country. The conversation was moderated by Chris Walsh, Director of Global Policy at the Bush Institute.
