Dallin McKinnon is an Associate with the Cicero Group and works provides evaluation support to the Bush Institute’s School Leadership Initiative. His experience includes working with clients across diverse industries, including finance, technology, education, and the social sector. Within these industries, his work has focused on business growth strategy, customer analytics, program design and evaluation, change management, technology implementation, and other specialties.
Before joining Cicero Group, Dallin was part of Teach for America’s 2014 Corps and taught in an underprivileged public school in the Bronx. While in New York, Dallin earned a master’s degree in teaching from the Relay Graduate School of Education and worked as a content and technology consultant for ReadWorks, a tech-based nonprofit committed to improving literacy among K-12 students. He helped the organization launch ReadWorks Digital, a new online learning platform that has transformed ReadWorks’ approach to literacy education.
