Amy Carter serves as Regional Director of Development at the George W. Bush Presidential Center. She previously served as Regional Director of Development for the Midwest for four years. Prior to joining the Bush Center, Carter worked at SMU as an Annual and Alumni Giving Officer and at Augustana College as a Development Officer.
Carter lives in Frisco, Texas with her husband, Andrew, and her two children, Henry and Charlotte. She enjoys running, playing tennis, cooking, and volunteering at her kids’ schools.
An Illinois native, she holds her B.A. from Augustana College and her master’s in communications from SMU.
