Yes, you need to select a time slot and number of guests in your party.  

You only need to register to view the trophy.   

You do not need to purchase a museum ticket to view the trophy, but we invite you to extend your day and explore the George W. Bush Presidential Museum. Use code: “MVP5” to receive a $5 discount on your museum ticket purchase on Saturday, November 18, 2023. 

Yes, you may use your own device to take a picture with the trophy. We will not have a photographer on site.  

Please expect long lines. Your viewing is limited in order to accommodate all visitors. 

Due to the delicate nature of the trophy’s design, fans MAY NOT touch the trophy at any time. Only the designated handler and security personnel who accompany the trophy are permitted to touch the trophy.  

The line will begin outside the entrance of the George W. Bush Presidential Museum located at 2943 SMU Blvd. Dallas, TX 75205

We kindly ask that you arrive no more than 30 minutes prior to your registration time.  By doing so, we hope to minimize your time standing in line. 

The line will be outside. Please prepare for any weather elements.

Parking at the Bush Museum and on SMU campus is limited. We encourage using ride share or the DART with drop off at Mockingbird Station. Please visit the PARKING AND DIRECTIONS WEBPAGE for more.

Visitors will pass through airport-type security and metal detectors. Visitors, as well as their belongings, are subject to inspection.   

The requirement for bag inspection and visitor screening on entrance will result in an inability to guarantee our security officers can maintain 6-foot social distance during these procedures. 

Only one purse or diaper bag is allowed per person, and bags cannot be larger than 17 × 26 inches (43 × 66 centimeters) in size. Backpacks are not permitted.
