The George W. Bush Institute, the McCain Institute at Arizona State University, and the Economic Policy Research Center of Georgia are pleased to host the sixth annual Tbilisi International Conference—Slava Ukraini, on Monday, Sept. 5 and Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2022 in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has wreaked havoc and devastation on Ukraine as well as on the liberal international order. The implications extend well beyond the European continent and have a global reach. Featuring European, American, regional and international government officials and experts together with their Georgian counterparts, the event will focus on the challenges posed by the invasion and what it means for the region and beyond. It will also examine the clash between democracy and authoritarianism and examine domestic developments in Georgia and the U.S.
